Main Responsibilities
Defining & Auditing planning & Logistics Standards and processes and procedures
Provide coaching, mentoring & training on all planning & logistics activities
Coordination of all engineering Mods through all interfaces
Management of complex supply chain abnormalities; interfacing with all relevant parties to provide single point accountability & info flow
Support the Resource manager in enabling a continuous Improvement culture to remove waste within the department/business
Project manage process Improvements through to completion
Provide a structured framework to calculate logistical rate expenditure
Defining an effective performance management system within logistics and supply chain
Establishing best practice logistical process Requirements
Presentation skills
Project Management skills
Business Improvement Techniques
Excellent Problem Solving Skills
Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
Ability to communicate and gather information
Experienced in managing different stock control systems
H&S basic Principles
Environmental Awareness
Excellent MPS; MRP knowledge
